Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
DELIVERY: During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 40 miles of our ranch in Lawrence, NE with a minimum order of $15. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 2 – 5 business days using USPS Ground Advantage. A flat rate shipping fee of $6 applies to orders totaling less than $50. We do not ship outside of the US currently. We will sometimes ship larger orders through UPS.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: We offer $6 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the US. We do offer free shipping for orders over $50. Free shipping does not to apply bulk wool pellet orders, those shipping rates will be calculated based on shipping weight and your location.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at krpelletco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
